Book ECLIPSE POLICIES AND TERMS FOR BOOKING: A solar eclipse will occur on April 8th, 2024 and the Hill Country will have the longest viewing time of over 4 minutes, therefore I am very pleased to host guests for this rare and amazing total eclipse of the sun. There is a 4-night minimum for all of our cottages. The rate for each is $950.00 per night with a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. A limit of 2 guests per cottage and no additional guests will be allowed. No tents, RV’s, or other structures will be allowed on the property. Chuckwagon Inn is not responsible for changes in the weather or other potential obstructions or interruptions. Guests must agree to use proper precautions when viewing the eclipse and provide their own eclipse glasses. These terms must be agreed upon before booking.
The Chuckwagon Inn Bed and Breakfast is located on 5 ½ acres just a short three-minute drive from the historic Main Street of Fredericksburg, Texas. Our Texas Hill Country Inn offers individual bed and breakfast units with comfortable king-size beds, whirlpool tubs, and fantastic views of the Texas Hill Country.

Every Sunday morning at our Fredericksburg TX bed and breakfast we bake hot biscuits just like Grandma used to make in our historic 1854 stone farmhouse. The B&B is a historic property built in 1854 and has been carefully restored to its original structures. There are narrow steep stairs in some rooms and doorways are not wide enough for wheelchairs.
