Please read the policies below as it is your responsibility to comply to them. By making a reservation you agree to follow ALL policies, terms and conditions.

  • The Chuckwagon Inn Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 11 (eleven days)* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. There is a $25.00 rebooking fee per cancellation.
  • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. No shows are charged full amount.
  • Your credit card will be run for the full amount (10) ten days before your arrival.
  • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Absolutely No Smoking anywhere on the premises, no exceptions.
  • No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
  • Sorry, we do not have facilities for children.
  • Breakfast is served in the dining room of the stone house across the drive at 9:00 AM. Please let us know the night before if you would prefer to sleep in instead of coming to breakfast so we will not disturb you.
  • Sorry, no daily housekeeping.
